Coffee Lab Nairobi was born out of a weekend passion project. The founder, Wanjiru, has a background in particle physics, and a career in tech, training neural networks. Her journey began by renting time a roastery in Kiambu on the weekends. We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our first café nestled in the beautiful gardens of Provisions Kenya. Come explore our single-origin coffees, perfectly paired with fresh sourdough pastries. Provisions Kenya offers a unique shopping experience with a variety of artisan products made right here in Kenya. Feeling adventurous? You can even get a tattoo at Inca while you're here! We can't wait to welcome you to this new chapter.

Hidden inside a quaint compound down a small cul-de-sac is this centre of coffee. Follow the google pin then hoot and the guard will let you in. There is no signage to tell you you are in the right place but trust your google maps. Old bungalow house in well kept large grounds complete with coffee trees growing there. Wonderful place to chill or work in an oasis of green. Home of the Coffee Lab Nairobi so, of course the coffee is great. Check out the blog from when FMC recently went to a coffee cupping experience there at the end of June 2025.
