FMC254 visited on 3 July 2025 - a very small and chic place. Amazing flat white. Options for working on window shelf seating or sofa and lounge around or a small table seat for a group chat. Not many seats so this is an intimate place. Doughnuts - are too tempting and again the best i have had for a while. I think we will be back.
