What FMC254 say: 

One of 3 options when meeting people of an international flight at JKIA terminal E. The closest and most convenient. Java Express is also close by. Paul Cafe is less convenient over the road (closer for terminal 1 A etc). Cossta is not the best coffee or ambience but a convenient place to sit while waiting for friends and family and gets you away from the taxi hawkers.
