FMC254 visited this place 25 Sept 25 - google maps pin is in the wrong place so use the pin here. I also include a photo of the signage to look out for to help you find it. A good alternative to the usual suspects in Lavington, more affordable than most. Plenty of seating under a large sunshade. It is next to a carwash so more "urban background noise" than a "quiet place" to have coffee but it is a good place to sit and work or meet friends.
